SHIPPING
Currently, we are only shipping USPS flat rate domestic orders. Our shipping rates come directly from USPS. We do not add any handling fees. The live rates fluctuate and we have no control of how they adjust.
All Nevada residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of Nevada and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.
SHIPPING PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 1-3 business days from when an order is placed. If you are unsatisfied with the actual transit time, you will unfortunately have to take it up with USPS as we have no control of this.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it.
RETURNS
Thank you for shopping at Drift Spree. We truly appreciate your business and want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. All items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All sale items are final.
Please email us within 14-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Only products purchased at driftspree.com can be returned. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Drift Spree. Drift Spree will not be held accountable for any lost packages.

3. WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND
Please be patient. Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our warehouse. Once your return has arrived, allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.
